A.V. Subramanyam has been exposed to diversified businesses before founding Nexgen, and his expertise and vision made him one of the most successful and fastest-growing feed manufacturers in India. As Managing Director, he oversees raw material procurement, financial activities, and overall monitoring of day-to-day operations. His direction and leadership have made Nexgen the 2nd largest aquaculture feed manufacturing company in India.

Dr Movva Venkata Durga Malleswara Rao, PhD, serves as the Director – Technical at Deepak Nexgen Feeds Pvt. Ltd. and brings over three decades of extensive experience in aquaculture and animal nutrition. He leads the Research & Development (R&D), Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Formulation Departments, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, consistency, and performance.

Akkina Seshadri (Seshu) has worked with renowned multinational companies. His leadership and experience in aquaculture marketing kept ifeed among the top 3 largest shrimp feed brands in India in just 5 years. He oversees ifeed, shrimp feed marketing, and the healthcare division.

Chaitanya, an MBA in International Business Management graduate from Leeds University, UK, leads feed plant operations and production.
